“Mango Amla Chilli Chutney” is made of 3 different herbs. Its main ingredients are: 

Mango, Amla, Chilli.

Amla:

Indian gooseberry (Amla) is beneficial in the treatment of respiratory disorders. It is especially valuable in tuberculosis of the lungs asthma and bronchitis. It has revitalizing effects, as it contains an element which is very valuable in preventing ageing and in maintaining strength in old age .It improves body resistance and protect the body against infection. It strengthens the heart, hair and different gland in the body.

Mango:

Mango is a valuable source of vitamin C. It is also a good source of vitamin Bi and B2 and contains sufficient quantity of niacin. The ripe fruit is very wholesome and nourishing. The chief food ingredient of mango is sugar. The acids contained in the fruit are tartaric acid and malic acid, besides a trace of citric acid. These acids are utilized by the body and they help to maintain the alkali reserve of the body.

Chilli :

It contains high levels of vitamins A and C, along with vitamins E and B1-3. It is beneficial to the respiratory system, blood pressure and heart. Other therapeutic uses include being a stomachic, carminative and antiflatulence agent, stimulant and astringent , cholesterol lowering agents and digestant.
